1.Will my computer be able to use the website?
If you own a desktop or a laptop with internet connection, you can use our website.
2.Which Operating Systems can use your website?
You need a Windows, Macintosh, or Linux/UNIX operating system that is up to date.
3.What softwares do I need for the website?
You need a browser that supports 128 bit security, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera. We recommend using the latest version.
4.How can I learn the version of my browser, and if it supports java script and 128-bit security?
You won’t be able to use our Internet branch if your browser doesn’t support 128-bit security, so please do the following:
If you have internet explorer 5.x or better, go to help in the menu, and then select about internet explorer to see the version and the security
If you are using Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools menu, and select Options. Select Advanced from the new menu, and select Encryption.
If you are using opera, select Tools, and then Options. Select Advanced from the new menu, and then click on Security. Finally, select Security protocols.
5.Where can I get the necessary browsers for using the website?
You can get them freely on the internet, or ask your ISP for one.
6.When I try to reach the website, I get a Service Not Available error?
If internet or your connection traffic is too heavy, you may get this error. You need to wait for a while and then try again.
